The JEF was established in Erfurt, a high school group. A crackle in the air, when the Foundation Board of JEF had gathered in the evening. There were seven and had next to the foundation itself and the choice of our first board before us. The statute had been worked out in advance, so we decided unanimously without much ado. The foundation was laid.

This special election, however, had a special feature: Team Work already seemed to work well, because there was no post for two candidates. Now select the Articles of Association according to each individual in a secret ballot, therefore, seemed so idle that we showed our progressive side and the newly adopted constitution changed again. Now could be the candidates in open ballot quickly and efficiently in their office. Unanimously elected our high school group represented in the future:
- Patrik Schwarz as Chairman / spokesperson
- Niklas Kramer as Vice Chairman
- Julia Borries as treasurer
- Martin Behrens as assessor for communication and media presentation
