The 'Union of European Federalists' (

UEF) has during its annual convention' of 10-12. October 2008 in Paris, the MEP Andrew Duff

elected as new president. The Liberal Democrat

Duff was one three EU members of parliament in the Constitutional Convention. He is an active federalist and a member of the Federalist Intergroup
